More than 30 years ago the ideals, philosophy, and knowledge for Revolution Game Calls began. In 1977 at the age of 5, Peter Bardenhagen was first introduced to waterfowl hunting by his father. Heading out to the rice fields just outside of Houston, TX, even on the coldest winter mornings was where his love of hunting was found. As a native Houstonian, Peter has hunted the surrounding areas from the prairies west of Houston and the flooded timber of East Texas to the lakes of Central Texas and the marshes along the coast. Although hunting these areas was a thrill unto itself, it was the overall experience of the trip that continues to fuel Peter's love for waterfowl hunting. As everyone in Texas knows, if you plan to hunt in this largest of states you better be prepared for some serious windshield time. Texas' main highways down to its smallest back roads offer some of the most memorable views found within the country. It is usually during these long trips where hunting stories are told, lies are heard, and life's friendships are formed. As a tribute to this most important aspect of the hunt, Revolution Game Calls has incorporated many of the roads traveled into the names of their calls.
